⚠️ Talk endlessly about yourself
⚠️ Stay narrow scoping your competition

Instead, focus more on:

✅ What you collectively bring to the table 
✅ Elevating your customer
✅ True alternatives in your space

It’s frustrating to see brand get canned when it’s not been built correctly.

To put simply, concentrate on your:

➡️ Product truths
➡️ Customer needs
➡️ Competitive opportunity

From these you can craft a point of difference.

One you can defend. 

One you can build a brand around.
